Our Services

Elevatex Digital provides digital design and marketing services as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project will be confirmed in writing (via message, email or a proposal) before work begins.

Quotes & Payments

• Pricing shown on this site (e.g. website packages) is indicative and may vary based on project scope.
• Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may delay project delivery or ongoing support.

Project Timelines

Delivery estimates (such as "3-day delivery" or "7-day delivery") assume timely feedback and content from the client. Delays in providing content, approvals or feedback may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) needed to complete your project. You confirm that any content you provide to us does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Revisions

Each package or quote includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed before the project starts. Additional revisions beyond what's agreed may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered files (such as your website or brand assets) transfers to you. Elevatex Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable, well-tested websites and marketing systems, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a fixed number of leads or sales). Elevatex Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and deposits already paid for completed work are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion in good faith.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
